    My grandmother made a Tuna and Chilies that was amazing. Just canned tuna, diced green chilies, cream of chicken or celery soup (you could use whatever you prefer), Corn tortillas and shredded cheddar cheese. 🙂

    Tonight l made a hamburger skillet with zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and black olives. I made a light tomato sauce with tomato paste , water, sugar and salt. I added some mozzarella cheese at the end. We had it over rice. So good! I’m definitely making your hamburger helper!

    Love one pot meals. Definitely going to be adding these to my meal plan. The second one we sometimes add fresh squash, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, and onion minus the beans. I can't eat beans due to my Crohn's.
