I'm a little late seeing this, but… Rachel, glad you're feeling better! And Joe, for your neck you may try lying on you back with your head hanging off the side of the bed. Only do it for a couple of minutes – especially at first – or you might not feel very well if you do it longer. This was something "prescribed" to me by a chiropractor years ago.

First week of January: middle child got the creeping crud
Second week of January: youngest got it
    This week: oldest has it

Prayers would be appreciated, we're praying my mom, who lives with us, doesn't get it. She's in the immunocompromised group and we're praising God that she hasn't gotten it so far.
Rachel, so thankful you're doing better!!

Joe…I needed to see a chiropractor for my neck being straight and there was no way because ins doesn’t cover it. I ended up finding a D.O. which is a doctor of osteopathic medicine and they will do manipulations on your neck that can fix it and insurance will cover those treatments.

I sleep with one of those contour pillows. Took me a little while to get used to it but now I can’t sleep without it and i never wake up with a stiff neck anymore.

Joe, I had the same issue with my neck and tingling in my hands. I guess our chiropractors when to school together…. I was scheduled for about 25 treatments.
My neck was also straight but it was called “tech neck” from look down to read, look at my phone, computer etc. The best thing they did to help me was to use traction on my neck. I got to feeling better within about 10 visits. I started doing my exercises at home and now about 2 yrs later still feeling good. Lots of exercises on YouTube for tech neck. You don’t need to give your chiropractor $$$$.

I was in a wreck then a good while later I got to where I could hardly turn my neck. I went to the chiropractor 3 times a week for 12 weeks. That was several years ago & I’ve never had any more problems.
