I have made a ton of your recipes, love the chipotle aioli an Cilantro lime sauces. Can you make anabolic empanadas? I already make some in my air fryer and brush the outside with egg to get the perfect color and crunch but the dough for the disc's aren't very anabolic. Something for the anabolic lab?

That's a lot of salt. I just throw all the ingredients in to a bread maker, hit dough and let it do it's magic. If you put quick rise yeast in it will cut down on rising time and I use bun rings.
