Great ideas! Canโ€™t wait to make that angel food loaf. I make my tuna with mayo, that Salad Supreme seasoning and celery salt and then put it on romaine lettuce leaves or butter lettuce and eat it like a wrap.

Hi, I would like to try keto diet. I think I will implement few keto meals in to my diet and then after 1 or 2 weeks I will go full keto. Do you guys think it's a good idea to start keto slowly or just go full keto?

I googled keto recipes and found company that provides custom keto diet plan

What do you think about custom made keto plans? Is it good when you want to try ketodiet?

I have $3.50 a day for food. Lots of mark down produce, 99c lb chicken thighs, eggs, cabbage, tuna. In colder weather, I make a lot of soups….canned tomatoes, frozen peas, green beans. I also add a can of organic black beans or kidney beans and add 1/2 cup chick peas to my salads. I know that's not keto, tho! I eat tons of salad.

I live in a town that has nothing but walmart and our walmart rarely sells clearance anything. This would be impossible for me to do. In fact, most of your videos are impossible where I live but I still absolutely love to watch. We just don't have options here. You would think that the state with the lowest pay scale and the most unemployed would have cheaper grocery options, but no.
