    Nice video and ideas! Just wanting to say that, in my opinion, a whole chicken and all those eggs at this price in a discount shop, are not very healthy. Also having meat lunch and dinner is not ideal for your health. You should just have meat twice per week.

    I love these types of challenges! If you were in a cheaper city you could eat even better for $25–your "discount" store prices are the same as the expensive chain grocery store near me. If I go to aldi or walmart the prices are literally half that. But you do very well with what you have to work with!

    You make chicken broth exactly how I do it! 😁 To make it go even further; the left over bones, throw it in the oven to roast. Add the roasted bones in the pot cover them with water, 2 rough chopped carrots, 1 onion and 2 stalks of celery. You’ll get a rich and hardy chicken stock from it. Pressure can it or freeze it for later use. 😁
