That's a good on the Big Buddy Heaters. I have 2 of them and neither one came with a hose and regulator. Also, I would using the 40 lb propane tanks. They hold approximately 10lbs of propane. The little bbq tanks won't last long. I use the 40 pounders for canning as well so they last a good long while.

Those rotisserie chickens are a loss leader at Sam's & Costco. I'm happy about that. They lose money on it, but make up for it in other sales throughout the store. We buy our rotisserie chickens at Costco (no Sam's in our town). Love the warehouse grocery stores, but the prices are going up there too. Although, they're still pretty good for now. TFS, Linda! Enjoy your evening!

I seldom actually go into a store unless it's our local food giant, everything else is delivery or shipped to me. One thing that I HAVE noticed around here is that the price of facial tissues and paper towels is stupidly high, but paper napkins are super cheap, compared to the former items…..so we buy lots of napkins to blow noses on and wipe up small spills.

I love my Sam's club for so many things. BUT, eggs are not one of them. They are stupid expensive. I like to buy 4 of the chickens at a time. We eat one and debone the rest and make bone broth. Thanks for doing the walk thru for us 🙂

I saw Egg Nog in my Walmart the other day. Sheesh!! Too early for me. Love that rotisserie chicken price. I would snag one of those and make soup or bone broth with it. Yum! Interesting to see the shortages on similar things. GET THAT BUTTER Y'ALL!!!! Thanks for the store tour Linda. Take care. 💋

That's the price of our eggs in our local store. Found some eggs at Dollar General yesterday for $3.50 dozen..got the last 2 dozen..higher prices are the problem rather than shortages here in our area of SD..no Sam's within 200 miles

    Thank you for your video.

A cured Ham is traditionally boiled to death with carrots, potatoes, turnip, onion, Cabbage (got none!) and what ever I can find to toss into the pot.
I have a pot on now special request from the old folks. As long as they don't ask for doughboys (boiled biscuits!)because I make doughbricks.

It's hard to make Split Pea Soup with the broth from such a dish, so I make a pot of "leftover" soup and keep it simmering and changing for as long as it lasts.

    Good luck!

I haven't bought cut up stew meat in over 30 years. Always cut my own. I've got about 10 of the whole sirloin tips I got for under $3.50 lb. That's why I'm always canning. Got a deal on some mark down chuck roasts for $3.29 lb. Got all they had. I need to quit shopping!
