What you said about…even if a group of people don't like what you're saying, it mean what you said was wrong…is such a helpful mindset for us all. I know you said it based on online life, but in offline life that's sage advice too 🙏🏼🙏🏼

"When the whole world is running towards a cliff, he who is running in the opposite direction appears to have lost his mind." C.S.Lewis

…just because a group of people are loud…doesn't mean they are right or have the right…to tell you, you are wrong.

We do know you 😊 and we are proud of seven year old Lydia! She can relax now 💕

I am so proud of you for standing up for yourself and just living the life that you want to live! I completely understand that other people will disapprove of what we do because of something that’s going on internally with them and it has nothing to do with us. You go girl!

Lydia, I resonated with you so much when you said you hate conflict, and regardless of the backlash and hate comments, your intentions are always good. I am the same way. I am the biggest people pleaser and don't usually stand up for myself when wronged because I would rather it be over and not ruffle more feathers by standing up for myself. People often accuse me of having ulterior motives whenever I say or do things, and it just isn't the case. I am always explaining myself and my actions because I'm so used to having my actions or words misinterpreted. Thank you for showing me that it's ok to be misrepresented but that it is also ok to ruffle feathers in order to stand up for myself when it really matters.

First time commenting and I have to say, if I could like this video a million times, I would! This is exactly the type of energy and the type of conversation I want to be a part of. You should be so proud of yourself for all that you've achieved! I'm only just learning to do the same and it feels fricking amazing!

Amen to what you said and good for you! i can totally relate when you said you didn't want the kind of life your mum had , that was me many years ago and worked my ass off to be financially free and not be a dependant on the system i went through hell and back to be successful i was shocked the amount of so called friends that tried to tear me down or just people in general! even worse if you struggle alone and have no family network of support, just started watching you 6mths ago and theres more to just a pretty face there be strong and carry on your way x

Don’t ever apologize for who you are or what you’re building! Never complain, never explain 😉
I have the Dyson air wrap-if you want to DM me, i will happily send it to you-I’ve used it 2x! I hate the bloody thing, it takes a minute to understand how it works, and i just didn’t have time to futz with it. It does work well, i am just extremely impatient. ❤

I agree totally about people pleasing and I hate confrontation too and the pain that brings. People get angry with me because I don't retaliate? I think what it is is that paying off a mortgage at 35 is not obtainable for a large proportion of the population. You are very ambitious and not all of us are. I think we are all different and we don't all have to own Aston Martin's and live in huge houses and we are happy. Life is not just about owning things it is about day to day existence and most people are working and tired at the weekend and catch up with washing and housework and hopefully at times friends and family. Just seeing a primrose flowering in a pot in my small town garden is lovely for me. My old car is like a friend and easy to maintain. We all measure success differently and appreciating what we already have is half he battle. Striving for more is exhausting and sometimes it is lovely to say I am lucky and I have enough right now.

Many people think that the majority is right and very often the majority isn't and there are numerous instances of this. Not everyone's going to agree all of the time and sometimes the vitriol is just inhuman. These people that hate – well, they still watch don't they? Probably they are subscribed. What kind of person subscribes to someone they vehemently dislike just to pull them down? Something very wrong with their lives.

You are wonderful! Please quit apologizing for your success. You have done it, you have made it! We have seen you grow up. You are a beautiful young woman. You have created a beautiful home with your adorable husband. You need to be comfortable with yourself. You need to bask in your success. You have worked hard. Your audience loves you. There will always be people in this world who are jealous, envious, mean spirited. No matter what you do you can’t change those people. They are here and miserable and can’t stand people who are successful. Don’t give them notice. Be you and continue sharing your beautiful self with those of us who love you. Thank you for being willing to share with us!

Don't change Lydia, evolve, grow and dream big then work on to achieve your new goals… Honestly don't listen to people who have nothing to do than bringing others down. You are such a wonderful woman and a hard working one, so you deserve to enjoy life and do just that … Life is too short to spend it on annoying things.. Go on and Keep it Up! You may need to learn something new, think about Art, History, Languages, that may bring more Fines into your life and more serenity as well. You will than grow as a Queen 👍🤗💖💖🥇

Lydia, I’m one of your biggest fans and watch all of your videos though I do feel you’ve missed the point with the Savoy Tik Tok. I am not going to goad you for it because I think you’re brilliant and everything comes from a good place, but I want you to know there’s a lot of people struggling which is why it may have received a lot of negativity. You’re amazing and thank you for providing a light on YouTube – equally I hope you reconsider some of your wording as I think that’s one of the reasons people get offended x

And I remember your Uni years and you having to sit in your living room studying in the Freezing Cold (with no heating on) because you couldn’t afford it…and no mattress in your bed too. … so I drove up to you with your mattress….what a struggle that was … but you got through and found your niche … clever girl. So proud of you. Love ❤️ you lots xx

What a distorted view of this concept of trying to work hard and live your best possible life in order to build something for yourself, family, and children. Leaving a legacy and the power of being financially free is what we strive for and continuously pray about. Yet, society and people consistently slam them, criticize them, shame them, and condemn them! And for what? For simply being in a place where they would want to be or that highlights the reality of we’re we are? I mean let’s call it as face value what it is and the intent behind it. Because the real truth is YOU can NOT change the circumstances of others and where they are at, and you are also simply NOT responsible. We act as if someone like Lydia is held accountable for making us feel better about our economic and social standing, and no! That’s the government, that’s the state that you live in, and at the end of the day as sucky as it sounds sometimes that also depends on where and how you were born into.
Can we please leave this woman alone! For Christs sake she is living her life and sharing it with us, and I actually enjoy watching her videos. Does it make me sometimes jealous ? Yea, do I check myself and then humble my thinking afterwards and realize I shouldn’t be jealous of someone that’s not me and their life that is genuinely not mine? YES I can’t envy what’s not for me because if it was it would be. I can only strive to work smarter and be more present in my families life to be where I want to be in the future. Joyful, in control of my finances, and genuinely fulfilled and satisfied in the state that I am in.
