So you basically just tricked me into making a chocolate souffle, I put mine in little muffin tins and they puffed up adorably… but still so dense and delectable after cooling! Well played, my good sir – thank you! (and she lived to bake a thousand more – and eat them all by herself! ha ha ha !!)

Ok – trying it out – its in the oven – I improvised with my chocolate – will see what happens. DEFINITELY need to find my beaters for the eggs next time LOL – took a long time to whisk those babies into fluffiness. I dont think I got them quite as fluffly as yours but my arm and wrist could take no more. 😆
I will let you know how it turns out. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Semi-sweet and dark chocolates are necessarily not the same. Each contains a different percentage of cacao. This isn't so much a cake,as it is a flourless torte, relying on the volume from the eggs as a rising agent.

However, torte is awesome! I'll definitely give this a go, as my usual recipe is a bit more labor intensive😋

    Recipe cut in half
    150g chocolate. 2 eggs.

    Recipe cut in quarter
    75g chocolate. 1 egg

There are many chocolate options for all your diet concerns. Eggs are a nutrient dense superfood. Make it to your diets guidelines.
Dark chocolate being the best option for health in my opinion, but pick what chocolate suits you.

My next question, have you tried this with white chocolate? Super curious!!!
