    I will have to sub in ground beef for the turkey and almond butter for the peanut butter cos I'm allergic to both turkey and peanut butter . And just a note , I'm a Celiac and I found out that not all oats are gluten free .The only oats that are gluten free are the 1s that are labeled certified gluten free .The reason is cos the rest of these oats have either been grown in a field where they have been where wheat has previously been grown or they have been in a factory where wheat / otjer products that have gluten in them is also used which then gives a person like myself and many others who cant have gluten at all the risk of cross contamination .

    These are some really good recipes! And now that you've shown us, it's such a good reminder that eating gluten free is really easy. And also showing and listing allowable foods, this makes meal planning so simple. Not only are these good gluten free meals, they are good meals for maintaining a structured diet.
