Can you freeze gourd or chokos? We keep getting them in our budget boxes, we have added them to a few things and we really like them ( except the bitter gourd, that was awful), but we dont know if we can freeze them or not.

To avoid bags sticking together I just stick a piece of paper, even newspaper, between the bags until frozen. That also helps to prevent them from 'molding' unto the shape of wire freezer racks as they freeze. And….. tell me you're in Canada without telling me you're in Canada….picture of hockey pucks in the freezer

One thing I do to ease the prep for me is when I get a sale on say ground beef…I pre cook most of it and put it in the freezer in ziplocks until I do my meals, I do this with chicken also. I will slice some, dice some and thin cut some. I freeze the chicken breast individually and then put in vacuumed sealed bags. It makes it easier for me to do a litter at a time as I don’t have a freezer meal friend and it’s just me marketing them

I just renewed my club membership and I was thrilled to know I have this at my fingertips. I love the red sauce! I have canned this several times, I can it in pints as we are a home of two….but I tell you everyone loves it… my oldest gets 12 jars to take to Chicago a couple times a year. It’s great to have on the shelf beside spaghetti sauce. I do make our meals in smaller portions for fit our family. I’m looking forward to the new recipes

Using your freezer meals has been life changing. I have a large family and they are picky! I also work evening shift. Having freezer meals on hand has helped my husband and I be less stressed over what the family will eat. I love not having to cook/meal prep when I’m tired from work. I also LOVE that I cook and prep over the course of just a day or two. Thank you for providing this service!

If the labels are mail merge, can you put the name of the recipes on the bottom and then put the label on the bottom of the bag to eliminate the lifting to try and read what it is?

Excited to make some new meals. We’re down to 3 meals and need to get to it. Going to the farmers market tomorrow to pick up some fresh produce. We have all the meat. I feel for you Sharla. I have tears in both rotator cuffs but not bad enough for them to do surgery yet. Sleep is hard. Made it to the end with you girls and I am impressed.

OMG Ladies!! Whew! That was so worth the wait! So many great new meals and so many fantastic FM Tips! I don't know where to start my praises! Though we don't all have "helpers" in the kitchen, we also don't have to video record a presentable show for anyone either. I'm sure this would go a heck of a lot faster if they didn't have to worry about Cameras and lighting and batteries (oh my). Then all of the editing later. I would guestimate about half of your time is taken away by Video planning, arranging and shooting. Thank you both so much for the tremendous effort on both of your parts! And a salute to all of your behind the scenes hard working helpers! I think this might be my fav session! Great job!
