I enjoy this with a little cream. So good and satisfying when you want something dessert like. I love Indigo Nili egg life dupe. They are so good with the beef gelatin. I also ordered a crepe pan because trying to make them without…well let's just say they turn out like states 🗽😄

A bunch of us were just talking about egg pudding in the instant pot on FB the other day! Mine keeps coming out like scrambled eggs, I think I just need to figure out that magic number on how many minutes to cook it. My instant pot is super basic and I don't have a way to cook on low pressure, I get what I get! Bella is such a good helper as usual!

You can cook it on the stove. Put water in bottom of large pan with lid and put it on a low boil. When your water is boiling. And egg mixture is ready. Put covered bowl in pan. Replace the cover. See bellas (steak and butter gal) video of approximately how long to cook. Or put in a water pan in the oven. Like a custard.

I like it cold too. I can eat it as a meal-snack at night. Or cook ahead if I need to get up and go the next morning. I don't put anything on top. But indigo neely puts stevia and cream and sometimes fruit on top. So it becomes more like a hot cereal. Definitely kero that way, Though. Honey would be carnivore if you don't have diabetes or sweet addiction. Happy eating!

That does look good! I would love to try it with a little sweetener, vanilla and cinnamon sound good. I have a pressure cooker (not the instant pot) so I have to see if mine has a low setting hhmm. Great job Bella, you can come and help me cook any time! LOVE your deers and emus you must make a video of them!

Trying the Egg pudding with homemade chicken bone broth today. I can go back & forth about loving or having an aversion to bone broth, so I figured this would be a great way to sneak it in!! 😊Please tell Bella I love her bear! 🥰 You guys would look adorable in matching aprons!

I definitely have to try this. I'm wondering if I put it in a slow oven if that would be the best temperature. I don't have a pressure cooking. The longer I'm on the carnivore diet the more cooking equipment I have bought. Hehe. The next item is going to be an icecream machine. 😊 Bella's looking awfully cute asking you not to eat too much. How precious. ❤💕🌸
