I've been to SG twice….and it's honestly not enough. I'm hooked.
There's a popular well-established tteokbokki buffet chain called DOOKKI in Korea that also has locations all over SE Asia, including Singapore. The 90 Minutes tteokbokki hot pot place is pretty much a knock-off of Dookki, except it also has raw meat and clams as options. Also, you're supposed to remove most of the leftover ingredients and extra soup from the pot before adding in the fried rice mixture (i.e., your "2nd meal" or dookki, which means 2 meals).
The ring of cheese…yum!! Absolutely love those rice cakes too ..I only discovered them earlier this year and have been obsessed ever since! The texture is great.
