I just prepped 12 lbs of chicken over the weekend. I only cook for me and my boyfriend, so I have 12 different marinades going on. I'm most excited for the chicken hurry and Caesar chicken. I cant wait to see you and Christy back in the kitchen!

I would think you could make the ground beef in a roaster and do the same thing with less mess. Just strain the meat when removing it.
