This is my first comment on any video on YouTube,Just wanted to convey this video is very positive. Huge respect to the chef who is an example of love your work enough that you don't feel tired at all. I have learnt some from this video and want to implement it in my daily life.
You have no idea how high I rank the "7 veg curries" served with little fried rotis ("puris") and fresh rice, with a drop of tamarind and mango pickle. Basically the dinner served during banquet of pre-wedding ceremony.
I never comment but this chef deserves the blessings and he has set an example of one of the cleanest kitchens an safe food.I do respect his service

I wish I could find a vegan indian place here in Houston, Tx. Every indian place i've been to only has like 4 options. Everything else has either ghee or yogurt
