Your tips using plastic wrap are very wasteful. It doesn't take much extra effort to cut it out. The world has enough plastic waste.
yep, seeing no love for Canada in your tour, dick.
There is one really good one you missed. Storing avocado puree/guacamole so that it does not brown overnight. Instead of using plastic wrap, put a half inch layer of water with a touch of lime juice over the top. Completely prevents oxygen from browning it and you just pour it off the top the next day. Cheers!
Thank you for teaching me how to properly zest !
Please do FOOD/KITCHEN SAFETY next!! I see home cooks/bakers making so many dangerous mistakes handling knives, hot objects, or raw poultry.
I used a fork for smaller items on a mandolin. You stab it into the root end and you can go max speed with no worries. Great for radishes.

I felt the last one very deep in my hearth. Best water you will ever have, even better if you add the restaurant ice straight out of the ice machine. Just make sure to label it with a sharpie, accidently used a container that had hot sauce previously (mistaking it for the one I used since both had been washed at the sma time) and had some spicy ice cold water.

Rest time matters… XD.
Booooo! No Midwest cities!? ๐ข
Russians when seeing the potato peel: No komrade. You don't throw that away. You make potato peel chips. Wash the peel, marinade in vinegar, drain, salt and pepper to taste. Get a new parchment paper, bake in oven. Boom. Mayonez if you want. I highly suggest. This comes from Life of Boris.
I have that same mandoline and itโs took the tip of my ring finger off, I had to have it cauterized at the ER.
3:40, it became quite irksome and displayed a rather childish demeanor. Have you ever considered the possibility of someone watching you when there are children nearby or during the late hours when everyone is asleep? What an i…t
Joshua, thank you. It definitely took alot of time and effort to make this video. Also to just put your years and hardworking of acquiring these hacks and to sumarize and put it in a 39 minute video for the world really means alot. Thank you so much.
What about middle America for that tour?
For all the mandoline hacks, a good cut-proof glove will help you out so much. They have some that are actually pretty thin so you can still have a good amount of tactile sensation and grip.
#40 is very true. I once burnt a pan full of walnuts by looking away for a minute too long and then had to buy another 5 bucks worth of walnuts ๐ฅฒ
Josh, my man, i been waiting for this video for years. Thank you
What a load of crap!
An obsessive love of deli containers is definitely something that only comes from working in the industry ๐๐๐
Bookmark worthy! Nice, Josh.
Some people tend to shy away from a mandolin. Understandable. You can buy them with a protective cover.
