    I'm excited about trying these recipes!!! I do use them as an alternative to flour. My hubby thought I used flour when I fixed the chicken….also good to fry up pork chops!!!! YUM! I have to tell you how much I am enjoying your channel I just discovered you recently!😀😀😀😀😀

    Keto necessitates being able to eat very fatty food. I can do it for a few days and it is certainly useful to drop water weight. But I end up with a maximum of 900 calories a day which I can't sustain for more than about 5 days.

    I like pork rinds, a lot. Some of the uses for them were a bit "out there" for me though. I am definitely trying the rice crispy bars and puppy chow types. I'd suggest that if you are missing country fried chicken or steak…panko style meal can be substituted to great effect.

    i started the keto diet 2 weeks ago and i enjoy those pork rinds,thanks for the new ways to add variety :).Here in quebec we've been eating those pork rinds for like a century but they are different then those sold in bags,it reminds me of rice and rice crispies.something was done to them to make them fluffy and easier to eat.

    I've been eating pork rinds since I was a kid in the 70's and 80's before I was keto/carnivore.

    My favorite thing is to open the bag and immediately shove the open bag in my brother's face. Then we both look at each other and say "smells like @$$ but tastes like heaven!" Then we eat. 🙂

    Since keto, I've done nachos and used it as a breading. I love it! Breaded fish is the best!

    The jalapeño cheddar pork rinds are good. I had them today. Even though it says there’s 0 grams of carbs per serving, there’s still sugar in the ingredients list. The serving size is like 5 crisps.
