@SixSisters'Stuff Hi Kristen, I have a question about the Chunky Monkey cookies. Is it possible to substitute out the applesauce for something else? I ask this as I am not able to eat anything made of apples due to IBS/gut issues. Thanks for any help from anyone.

What product did you use to line your cookie sheets?
I could not get the marshmallows to stay on the cookies. Had to keep putting them on to get them into the oven . Took me about 10, minutes to get them into the oven

SIX SISTERS, Have you figured out Where the Presold New Instant pot Cookbook is? I paid for mine in October! I got one notice for delivery on January 7th!
