i love a garbage bowl but i use leftover plastic bags from various produce so i don't have to wash an extra bowl. i save the bags from like a bag of apples or potatoes and use them as garbage bowls/bags when preparing meals. gets more use out of the plastic and saves me on dishes!
When I buy pepper, onions, carrots, etc and only need some for a meal I wash and prep the others too and freeze. That way I always have frozen chopped veggies on hand when needed. I have even froze baby spinach and added it directly to the recipe when cooking. Saves money and prevents waste.

Too funny, I just batch chopped celery, carrots, and onions and saw this video came out! Love prepping produce and cheese ahead of time!
I bit the bullet and joined freezer fit today at the $97 lifetime special. Thank you!
You are so amazing! Thank you so much for sharing all these tips!
How about a bowl for just veggie scraps? Composting is a wonderful way to use your veggie scraps. Just don't put any meat products in the compost.
