    You know Chris…..my husband and I we started carnivore on the 6thfebruary…..now he talks to a "Nutricionist" that advises him to reduce the protein and eat vegetables…..because "too much" protein causes uric acid๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ.he is 67 and I am 63 and I am not quitting Carnivore๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ƒ

    I agree, I don't really count calories anymore either. I follow Dr. Ken Berry and a few others and took their advice on fasting. I mainly eat between 11 am and 7 pm with few exceptions. I have lost weight with this method. There are indoor smoking machines if you feel inclined to check them out. I see them on other channels though I can't vouch for them personally.

    On the topic at hand, your meat patties have cottage cheese in them; does the kind of cheese affect the taste? Also, do you think this would do well as a meatloaf or a keto Salisbury steak with onion gravy?

My Ninja blender is great for some things, but the top to bottom center shaft and blades makes it really tough to scrape down for some of your recipes like the CV Mashed Potatoes. Canโ€™t afford a Vitamix yetโ€ฆ any suggestions for a more affordable but high powered blender? TIA!
