    Foods to Avoid:
    1. Fries (french,potatoes,plantain,yam etc)
    2. Bread (no more 10 slices has no fibre, take wheat bread instead max 2 slice)
    3. Fizzy drinks (sugar and gas 😂)
    4. Juices (cut down on both natural & packet juices. Take the juice with the fruit as a whole like 🍊 🍍 etc)
    5. Fast Foods (this one is my killer🤣🤣, I'm always on the go and have no time to cook)(don't wait till you're hungry to eat, eat because you need fuel in your body)
    6. Alcohol (champagne 🍸 🍷 etc)(contains lots of sugar, cut down)
    7. Fat & oil (mayo, cheese, butter and fried foods)(use alternative cooking methods like air fry)
    8. Desserts 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 (resist the temptation 😂😂, take fruits instead that's what helps me)
    9. Eating late at night (especially heavy foods like fufu 😂, rice, beans and lunch type of food sha). Snack on healthy snacks
    10. Overeating anything even the healthy foods (portion control is KEY)
    Bonus tips from me: eating slowly helps, you get fuller slowly and the food lasts longer in the belly. I notice anytime I rush foods i get full fast and 2 hours later I want to snack on something 😂
