    I ordered the super cubes, I tend to make grassfed beef marinara sauce and have issues putting in freezer containers so this will be great! I cook just for myself and love cooking extra then freezing meals. Also ordered a Kindle sample of to check out that keto cookbook.

    Love seeing you focusing on Whole Foods. You are a charming wonderful woman and love watching your channel. I’ve been lactose intolerant since about age 40 so appreciate your non-dairy recipes. I’m also salt sensitive so I would have to eliminate the bacon (also try to avoid because of preservatives/nitrates) and I have to watch sodium in everything I eat. Sigh. I focus on Mediterranean foods except no cheeses/dairy. It’s been shown to lead to the greatest longevity. Changing our eating habits is a process! Just keep going…

    Hi Jen, I love chicken Buffalo anything so question, what’s the purpose of the nutritional yeast? I’ve never had it or eaten it so I truly have no idea other than I’ve beards some folks use it instead of Parmesan cheese, is that why you used it, is it a cheeses replacement in that recipe?

    Thought how delish the casserole! One thing.. always store foods in shallow pans to cool Fast. Then into gallon ziplock bags !! If you need to cool fast.. use 2 similar pans; one w/ ice to bring down the temp fast! Then place on top
    of the icy one.. will chill but fast!!

    My friends aunt ruined her red chili for Doris’ wedding (had garlic marinated meat) she put it sll im the fridge in tall thick plastic ware containers. It was all too much for the fridge to
    Cool.

    She had to get up Early and REmake all the red chili for the feed post wedding! Oh man! Thank God no one got food poisoning. We tasted it.. OMG the chili was one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Garlicky w/ roast meat ! Yum!! We all learned a big lesson! Don’t mess w/ other Nature! Store in shallow pans!!

    That was slot of $$ down the drain!!

    Where do you buy chicken breasts? I’m so sick of the woody breasts I get at any store around here. Stringy and dry. I researched it and it’s a problem in the USA. Butcher Box had the same thing. The only place I’ve found normal breasts is the select from Schwann.

    I love these wholesome paleo recipes. Have you ever used a puree of cashew cream instead of coconut milk. Do you taste the coconut in the potato soup? I love that idea of freezing in cubes!! I love coconut milk in curries I only tried to substitute in tomato soup and It was too strong. Tyfs such great recipes!
