Hi Indigo Nili! Thanks for making great content. I was wondering how long you think your bread would is good for? Have you tried storing it in the fridge or in the freezer to extend its shelf life? If so, does it change it's texture or taste? Thanks!
To be honest, I don’t bother to heat the “bread cheese” (what we call them) before eating. I love them as they are.

They freeze really well, I usually pull one out of the freezer and place it in the fridge the day before I want it. So good

🎉👍I tried these after seeing Laura Spath cook small squares of it in her Dash mini waffle maker. It is so good! I haven’t yet tried the air fryer or pan methods. Waffle maker method certainly gives us back the crunch factor that many people may be missing. My favorites so far are original, cheddar filled, and chipotle. I didn’t try bacon. Italiano and Garlic I thought were good also, just not my favorites. ❤

These look so good I had to put in an order for the sampler pack and extra bacon flavor. They included some free samples too. Thank heavens for PayPal pay in 4 so I could spread out the cost over 2 months. 🎉 They say any unopened packages last 1 year in the fridge.
What is bread cheese? Is it like halloumi cheese? It cooks up similarly. Is it salty?
