Hello Nili! I made today your egg white bread and as I love sweets I switched butter powder for unsweetened cocoa powder, used 140g eritrithol and it was a delicious chocolate fluffy bread! Thank you so much for the recipe! I intend to make a version with peanut butter powder as well. I love your channel, discovered recently but since then I don't miss a single video! Thank you for so good positive energy you bring to this community!
    Much love from Portugal 😊

I just searched for YouFood and it seems to still be available. 🤔 I've never used it before, so I can't be sure it's the same one you're speaking about.

I am still trying to eat less cheese (doing well there) and adding in other things occasionally (that I don’t normally eat) -behaving myself in general. I added back my homemade yogurt, almost every night for desserts with some raspberries mashed into it along with my Beauty + Sleep. My stomach is happier with the yogurt.

Ate is another App you could use. I used it for a while when it was free but it's a paid app now. Another app you could try is Nourishly. Allows logging for free. It is meant for people in recovery but one can just use it to take pictures of their food and not participate in the other aspects of the App.

Thank you Nili! Taking pictures of what you eat really helps me as well. I used to take a picture of my meal and text my brother. Just helps me be more mindful.

The youfood app is still on the playstore on android. Ive never used it but I just checked and its on there. Man id love to be able to do that with everyone on here. Nili do you have an iphone now and maybe you had an android?

I do intermittent fasting for health issues but im personally bad about eating WAY too late at night. As a busy mom i push my eating til… 8-12 at night simply because my family doesnt eat the way I do so it takes that night-time window for me to take the time to make my food and then sit down and rest and digest. I need to find another way for sure.

Nili i love your wellness chats. Ive struggled with my health for the last 10 years with liver issues, PCOS, hormones, thyroid, etc. I love hearing people trying to help themselves and it gives me ideas of things to try myself. Im a huge advocate of taking our health into our own hands and your message is just inspiring and powerful amd your balance between taking care of yourself and your family is also so commendable.

I think it will be interesting to see if putting your snacks into meals makes a difference. The creator in you is thinking about setting up a plate for a picture, where most people would just pick up their phone and snap a picture of their food, no matter what it looks like. That is not a bad thing and it may be causing you tp pause before you eat to determine if you really want to eat. Pictorially or writing it down also makes us think about what we are putting in our mouths.
