    So on many techniques your ketones drop off at night. Is this phenomenon during sleep due to some restorative activity that the body is producing less ketones, or using more ketones??? Just wondering about the correlation since I’m new.

    I was hoping you’ll share how much you lost with egg fast. Did i miss that or have you shared it somewhere else? Started my egg fast today. Its 9 pm here and im Feeling weak rn after whole day of eating only eggs 😅

    Got the 4 qt air frier, it is so convenient, wish i got it sooner … It is a bit of a pain to clean the grease out so i got those parchment liners. Doesn't seem to effect the air frying on the bottom too much and clean up is, take out the parchement paper and thrown it away

    Thank you for sharing the MCT powder you use. It's a game changer for me to have creamy coffee without the dairy! I also tried Amy's egg in the coffee idea, and I can't handle the aftertaste 😅 I am alternating weeks with egg fast one week and 3 psmf days the next week (not back to back adf for psmf) the other days are higher fat ketovore, which is working for me.

    Your breading fools my non keto family for chicken strips, I love ketofying their food without their knowledge 😋.

    And last thing, your egglife wraps are awesome for psmf days, wrap up organic turkey breast with slices of dill pickles, yummy.

    I wonder if consuming my failed protein-sparing bread loaves by cutting them into strips and dipping them in a zero-calorie syrup counts as an egg fast. I had three loaves that just fell into a very thick loaf size and pie pan size ….. It was like making french toast from the start…. Quite delicious, and did not affect my blood sugar. Thanks for all the great videos indigo.

    Just finished a egg fast. Can not do that sardines. For once eggs filled me. But was bored after day two but planning on steak today for dinner. Bacon and yogurt for 1st meal. Lost weight. Lost bloating. Was tired end of second day as I like more protein too. I dont worry about ketone, follow Dr westman on that. But my BG stayed in the low 90s which is good for me.
