I made this tonight for tomorrow and i only tasted it but it was delicious ๐ I took out some of the oil from the chorizo that accumulated on top but it is good. Also I did not add the whole onion and pepper because I donโt like it but I did add everything else. I canโt wait for tomorrowโs dinner to try it with sour cream. I canโt believe itโs keto.
