I made this tonight for tomorrow and i only tasted it but it was delicious 😋 I took out some of the oil from the chorizo that accumulated on top but it is good. Also I did not add the whole onion and pepper because I don’t like it but I did add everything else. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s dinner to try it with sour cream. I can’t believe it’s keto.
