In Vietnamese cooking, we stuff the tofu with ground pork, and/or add tomato sauce, or just fry tofu with lemongrass.
Hi Lau clan!! I will be trying this recipe with the extra flavours of chili and garlic! I usually make salt and pepper tofu and a trick with the flour dredging that really works well for me is using a ziplock bag, putting the tofu and flour in and shaking it, it's quite consistent!
Love tofu and I feel like eating some of that.

I've had salt and pepper tofu (sometimes even silkenish) where it seems to have a non-flour/coating deep fried crust. I have yet to find a recipe showing this. Any thoughts on that fried tofu w/o coating crust?
