    Cook time: Instant pots do take 5-10 minutes to pressurize prior to cooking for meal prep time.

    1) KETO TACO MEAT

    -2 tablespoons of olive oil
    -2 tablespoons of beef
    -1 cup bone broth (beef or chicken)
    -1/2 cup taco seasoning (sprinkle more on if you want more spices after cooked)
    -Cook on high pressure for 11 minutes (always check w/ thermometer to ensure meat is fully cooked to at least 160 degrees F.)

    -Net Carbs – I count as 1 net carb from meat, olive oil, bone broth and spices just in case creepy carb in spice seasoning.
    -I easily freeze my taco meat.

    2) KETO INDIAN PORK CHOPS
    -2 cups of organic diced tomatoes
    -Add 2 tablespoons of grassfed butter
    -2 pounds of diced pork chops
    – 2 tablespoon of Garam Masala http://amzn.to/2hTvpUt
    – 1 tablespoon of curry http://amzn.to/2yHBsGl
    – 1 tablespoon of paprika
    – 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
    -1/2 teaspoon salt

    -Cook on poultry setting
    -When finished, put 1/3 cup of heavy cream into finished bowl for thicker sauce (I don't eat the tomatoes though, more for flavoring).
    -Add keto veggies (I LOVE Cauliflower rice).
    -I do not freeze this one, but easily lasts for dinner or lunch.

    3) HARD BOILED EGGS
    -Put 2 cups of water and trivet into pot.
    -Put instant pot on for 6 minutes high pressure (little runny yokes).
    -Put into ice bath for 15 minutes.
    -Peel hard boiled eggs.
    -Keep in fridge for quick, easy, cheap snack.
