    Hey Jess catching up on my videos today. I commented on the Instagram video of you walking Wednesday. So impressed and such an encouragement. I would love to see the egg roll recipe. I am trying to do a big salad as a meal each day this week and see how it does. Hoping you have a great week and not too crazy.

    I’ve started walking 2-3 10 min walks daily. I tried also getting 10,000 steps in but had to start every other day because of weak knees and I was just getting too sore. But I find the more I get out there the more I’m loving it. I made the protein pudding. I mixed mine with blender. Much smoother in texture. I use 2 shakes to one pack. Thx for the great ideas.

    I just mixed a white chocolate pudding with the cookies & cream. I hope it tastes good. 🙈. Edit: This is very thick and gel-like. Not sure I like it. 😩

    So the strawberry lemon pudding….have you tried adding a scoop of your Perfect Keto Strawberry Collagen to it to amp up the strawberry flavor? I don't know how well it would mix in, but it's an idea. Tom recently tried a combination pork rind-cheese crisp from Sonoma. I thought they were gross…they came in 3 different flavors and I think they were chipotle, black pepper, and cheddar. Our favorite pork rinds are available at WM and are called Porq….my fave flavor is the smokey black pepper & sea salt. They are super light and airy. Tom likes their chipotle bbq. Thin Slim foods tastes weird to us, too. I keep wanting to try the Hilo tortilla style chips, but they are not available at our Costco yet and I don't want to spend the big bucks on Amazon for them. My FAVE corn tortillas are the Trader Joe's…..they are 50 cals each, thick, and very flavorful.

    I made the protein pudding but it is so thick it was awful so I added skim milk to it to make it pudding consistency. I ended up buying the chocolate marshmallow zone protein shake, not too bad and much cleaner than premier! I love the just cheese bars. Sometimes I break them up and add to my salad as croutons.

    Good Morning Jess, I just paused my Keto Krate. I was starting to have a stock pile of stuff lol Great job on the mile per day in August. I set a similar goal for myself, baby steps right lol. Have a great weekend 🙂
