Oh I’m so glad I found your channel today. This pie looks scrumptious. Im so glad it doesn’t have pork rinds in the crust. I’m going to try it with Keylime juice also. That’s my grandson’s favorite! I started my journey on Ketovore in late March and have lost 54lbs. I’m 74. I lead a sedentary lifestyle because of lung disease, so I’m thrilled with the amount I’ve lost. My cardiologist was thrilled too. My blood pressure was 116/66. I’m breathing better and my aches and pains are much improved. I’m thankful and grateful. And a scrumptious dessert recipe is the cherry on top. 💝💝🥰
To avoid a soggy bottom, try lightly forking the bottom and brushing a little egg before baking. It will help prevent the rise and stop the filling soaking in.

I have to say, I'm encouraged by how casual you were with the custard. I'm always so nervous about getting it just right, adding in one tempered egg at a time & so forth. But you just dumped them in there & went for it~ love that! =) Also, so good that you showed the consistency of the custard when you filled the crust, because I might have panicked a bit. It's just perfect, can't wait to try it myself🥧
