I have a SIBO video coming out tomorrow and you might be interested in the topic. Another rabbit trail 🙂 but I've found some relief through this rabbit trail and thought it would be something your interested in.
I'm really excited about the unsweetened one. Because of SIBO and my gut health, I can't handle allulose, erythritol, definitely sucralose, and diary products. The unsweetened one will allow me to add the amount of stevia I can handle.
That is amazing news! I stopped incorporating keto chow into recipes due to the sucralose and prioritizing my gut health. I still use the beef base in my PSMF bread though. The option to add your own sweetener is absolutely genius. There’s so much individuality in what sweeteners different people tolerate or prefer. I like stevia, so will definitely try both! I hope they will add a vanilla version to act as more of a blank slate for adding fruit or other flavors. This is so exciting!
Appreciate your channel, but am WAY over the keto chow hype on all the influencers channels. I understand it's a way to make more $ on Youtube, but even many of the recipes on the youtube channels use keto chow. Have to hand it to the company as they do market well..lol. I find it over priced and not that great unless one needs a supplement and can't eat whole foods. It is good they are using a better sweetner..still won't buy it. Sorry..just over them;)
It doesn't taste like beef to me, I've noticed that sometimes I can smell the beef faintly. I'd recommend more water and warmer water when mixing though – I usually fill the shaker bottle all the way and the warmer water will help it mix more thoroughly. BTW, the Core does use a lower amount of acacia gum so it's 4.3g total carbs in each serving.
The sucrolose as well as the high sodium was one of the reasons I haven't tried KetoChow. If one is dealing with high blood pressure seeing the high sodium count is concerning. But glad they at least made this current change.
LOVE that they are offering without any sweetener at all. Don't like stevia at all. I have tried many of them.
Just a smidge of sucralose sends me into a 'seizure'. So I am super careful with ingredients to make sure that sucralose is NOT part of the product. Let us not forget that 'sucralose' has different names, such as, aspartame (sorry meant to say SPLENDA); there are others.

Well it peaked my interest as I wrote them off due to sucrolose. But their products also carry a prop 65 warning? What are your thoughts on this Nili?
😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
I do not understand the appeal of Keto Chow. Give me fresh, whole food any day.
Great review Nili! That looked tasty & love how much you're enjoying it. I'm so glad you & the family had a wonderful holiday. Be well.

Ordered! Thx for the code!
Thank you for the review! I am excited to try it, especially the unsweetened one. Love keto chow

Has anyone else noticed KC is back to charging shipping or did I read that incorrectly?

Please let us know if you think the unsweetened could be used as a protein enhanced unsweetened "cocoa" for recipes.
Your teview made me hopeful. Steve at Serious Keto was a bit down on stevia one. Stevia is a very individual thing though
You look so pretty!!!
About time, I questioned them about the succulose too, they gave me a strange answer, so glad about the unsweetened
Sounds like just what we need/want, but $5.50 for one packet? I don't think so. Sorry.
