I'm really excited about the unsweetened one. Because of SIBO and my gut health, I can't handle allulose, erythritol, definitely sucralose, and diary products. The unsweetened one will allow me to add the amount of stevia I can handle.

That is amazing news! I stopped incorporating keto chow into recipes due to the sucralose and prioritizing my gut health. I still use the beef base in my PSMF bread though. The option to add your own sweetener is absolutely genius. There’s so much individuality in what sweeteners different people tolerate or prefer. I like stevia, so will definitely try both! I hope they will add a vanilla version to act as more of a blank slate for adding fruit or other flavors. This is so exciting!

Appreciate your channel, but am WAY over the keto chow hype on all the influencers channels. I understand it's a way to make more $ on Youtube, but even many of the recipes on the youtube channels use keto chow. Have to hand it to the company as they do market well..lol. I find it over priced and not that great unless one needs a supplement and can't eat whole foods. It is good they are using a better sweetner..still won't buy it. Sorry..just over them;)

It doesn't taste like beef to me, I've noticed that sometimes I can smell the beef faintly. I'd recommend more water and warmer water when mixing though – I usually fill the shaker bottle all the way and the warmer water will help it mix more thoroughly. BTW, the Core does use a lower amount of acacia gum so it's 4.3g total carbs in each serving.

The sucrolose as well as the high sodium was one of the reasons I haven't tried KetoChow. If one is dealing with high blood pressure seeing the high sodium count is concerning. But glad they at least made this current change.

LOVE that they are offering without any sweetener at all. Don't like stevia at all. I have tried many of them.

Just a smidge of sucralose sends me into a 'seizure'. So I am super careful with ingredients to make sure that sucralose is NOT part of the product. Let us not forget that 'sucralose' has different names, such as, aspartame (sorry meant to say SPLENDA); there are others.
