    So I'm a believer just about any health issues is a deficiency in some vitamin or mineral, or dehydration. Just finished the WATER book. I asked my husband a few weeks ago if we could get rid of his blood pressure meds, and focus on him not being dehydrated. Things are now in better control than when he had medication. His face adult acne….cleared right up had it around ten years. Just crazy …..

    I keep thinking that it is the ketones we use that are important, not the unused ones in our blood. Why is it good to have lots of unused ketones? Wouldn’t it be better to be using most of the ones we make and have rather low ketones? I must be missing something.

    Just got a CGM, reducing carbs alone didn’t do a lot for my BS. Adding 10 mins of aerobic exercise and 15 mins on spin bike was amazing. After 2 weeks overnight bloods are 83. Before this my morning bloods were as high as 160! I could have never made this progress using finger sticks. I am so happy with the FreeStyleLibre CGM
