FYI if you can’t get to use all the scallions you can chop them up and freeze them. Also, if you chop them off two inches from the bottom you can put the white parts with roots into a glass with a bit of water and they will regrow. Scallions for months! Just change the water every 5 days or so.

Everything looked delicious as always. What is the difference between an instant pot & a pressure cooker? A while back I got a pressure cooker on a great sale but I'm seeing all these instant pot recipes that look so good lol.

something i learned from a random meal prep video the other day…the instant pot lid fits perfectly in the handle of the base to keep it off the. counter. i was kinda surprised i never though if it myself lol

I’m starting a new part time job + my full time job this week. Wanted to have my meal prep done before noon! It was a success. Made peppers and Italian sausage for lunches. Crock pot has white chicken chili. Made a egg and hash brown casserole for breakfast. Instant pot made sweet potato and carrots for the baby’s food options. Chopped and washed all my produce. Feeling super on top of it!!
