    Thanks for sharing your experience with this. I had been considering trying it, now I don’t think I will bother. I’d rather stay in ketosis, and not worry about whether I’m going to blow the right numbers. ❤️

    My Daughter is a body builder and competes she is lean! eating 200 carbs a day she thinks keto is bogus long term! I’ve stalled For 6 months on keto and IF after losing 30 pounds!

    Similar. I blew all 1s for several weeks when my blood sugar was at its highest. In fact, I even failed a boost day because I couldn't get off of the 1. I have wondered if the Lumen might accurately be reflecting what my body was burning for fuel and perhaps that was why my blood glucose was so high. I had been fat adapted so long that I was continuing to burn fat and possibly even ketones instead of the blood glucose.

    In any case, focusing my diet on bringing my blood sugar down brought my Lumen levels back up. I decided the Lumen was not helpful for me.
