    My flan got mixed into the chocolate cake as well as much as I tried to avoid but after baking, the white and brown totally separated! Bizzare! The party tonite loved it, thanks so much!

    We call it “flancocho”, instead of “chocoflan” because it can be made with many other combinations. From the words “flan”, the custard, and “cocho” from the word “bizcocho”, which means cake. That allows to keep the same name for every variety of flavors, not only chocolate. We make flancocho with chocolate cake, vanilla, strawberry, almond, etc.. you name it, and we make it. And I appreciate this twist for the keto program… Thanks 😊

    The Roman Empire is the true origin of this dessert. The word flan is the French equivalent of the Latin word fladon, which comes from the Old High German word “flado,” meaning “flat cake.” Fun fact 😊 and I'll be making my this weekend, thank you for the recipe :))

    Making this for the first time. My flan mixture blended into the chocolate mixture. I tried to be as careful as you but it still mixed. I’m hopeful the flan will magically be as nice as yours.     I just made it for my son’s birthday, it was delicious, but mine wasn’t brown like yours. I wonder is the sweetener that I used(monk fruit) 😏 I been making chocoflan in a regular way before and it always turns beautiful and yummy. I will try with allulose next time.

    I keep hoping one of these recipes will turn out at least ediple. I tried this one the chocolate cake was bitter and I even put extra allulose in it. Everything on this channel is easy, low carb but what about taste. I give up! its unsub for you. I know I will get grief for all you sheep on your channel. All these channel have mainly women viewers who never say anything constructive about the recipes, even worse they rave about the video and haven't even tried the recipe.
