I missed the Live😢 I have made the pudding with the gelatin too! The first time it was an accident. I was just trying to make it thicker to see if it would be more filling that way. It was a happy accident. Right now though, I'm moving away from sweet things for a while.

There is a chip/cracker that is done by AllDayIDreamAboutFood, I think she calls it a tortilla chip. Pretty easy, egg whites, pork rinds, cheese, and you may or may not want to add your own taco seasoning. They are so good.
