Put the skins in the blender with a cop of sugar a few tablespoons of water blend until smooth. Cook until o thick sauce is made. Make a pie with it. You will never believe how delicious it is. Was the favourite pie of my children.

I used bought peach salsa for the first time in a pot with chicken and added rice and chicken broth and other stuff. It was really really good so now I want to make my own. Thanks for the video as I was wondering how hard it was going to be – not hard at all. I usually dip the peaches into boiling water (with an x cut into the bottom) then drop in cold water till I can handle them and the skins just slip off. Peaches are ripe and in the stores. When I get to town I will get a dozen for making salsa – thanks again. (I missed your dog!)

Hello, I enjoyed the video!😊 I have been trying to can chili for years and I get yelled at every time that it's not an approved recipe. Can you give me your thoughts on that? As you basically just canned chili. Ha ha. I'm diabetic so I will probably leave out the beans and I prefer ground turkey over ground beef and I get yelled at for that one too.😮😂

Great content. For pealing the peaches I do it like I do my tomatoes, drop them in boiling water for a couple of minutes then into very cold water and the skins just slide off. happy canning.

Is that a soup you've done before? I'm very interested in giving that one a try! Also, do you have 'seasoning blends' that you use with your ground pork to keep on hand? Like you mentioned the italian style flavors. I am trying to find blends that I can just add to a pound of ground pork to get a breakfast style and italian style. Haven't found a breakfast one that I like yet that rivals store bought Jimmy Dean's breakfast sausage.
