Loved this vlog and what a nice way to say thanks to your dad! I could tell how much your dad enjoyed himself even if he is not real expressive.

Really sweet of you to take your dad to a NBA final. This is a very special memory and I can tell he was really happy !!
Chinese parents are like this – difficult for them to say words of affection and appreciation to their children; but we can tell through their actions.

What a good son you are to bring your dad to a game, and you have a good dad too, and although he doesn't express his emotions and words and indeed that's Chinese way being low key expression and words in few. I enjoy his critic for chase center's food court. Now I know what to eat or not to eat at chase 🤔 😋 . Thank you for your clip and I will continue to be "made with Lau" fan! Good job 👏 👍

You did the right thing, Randy. Tell Mama Lau not to worry, Cam Cam will earn his tuition fees through a scholarship! I recalled by the time when I had saved enough to bring my mother for a tour, it was too late. The money was spent on her funeral.

It was so heartwarming to see you gift those tickets to your lovely dad he is not expressive who is also like my dad too who does not really show emotion or affection but the hug he gave you I felt it I would love to do something similar for my dad too even though we are not close at the end of the day you really need to treasure your parents they sacrificed so much for us like you I’m a second generation immigrant and my parents also came to a new country and had to start from fresh anyways I really like your new content vlog something different from your usual cooking videos sometimes it’s nice to have a break or shuffle things up a bit keep up the good work we all appreciate your efforts and amazing work on each videos

I really respect Dad cooking et all. But I think the son taste is more in tune to the new generation now than Dad's 80s style of cooking and taste.
