I love when you keep working with an ingredient you dont typically like. Like kale. I am not a fan of kale…like at all. I have had some as chips but still a no go from me. 2 of my kids do like baby kale occasionally if I put it with lettuce or baby spinach, but no one likes the mature kale. I cant put it in smoothies either … Smoothies are the only way I can get my 9 year old to eat veggies … If they taste like strawberries. But kale is a no go. I am a little hesitant to try kale as a chip, BUT, you are the 2nd person I have seen recently do kale chips in an air fryer. And, if the key is massaging the oil in, then maybe I will buy some baby kale and give it a try … I am nervous, but it is motivational to see someone who doesnt typically like something a certain way try all the ways until they find one they like, if at all. I would rather a home cook avoid an ingredient or find a way that is palatable using it than them adding it just to support its health for the sake of a channel. We all know kale is a great source of nutrition, but if adding some salt or seasonings and some oil to it or some salad dressing or something to make it palatable and good, then sometimes the trade-off of the not so healthy stuff is worth it.

I had no idea what you were talking about Alyssia with the uncrustables. Not a thing in my part of Oz. I do like tomato sangas with Himalayan salt and lots of black pepper

Love you and your videos, thank you! I'm guessing Ezekiel bread would be hard to do uncrustables with? Can't wait to make some for my kids (and me)!

I mentioned in another video how I find it amazing how you recreate things and substitute ingredients for healthier options like yogurt, avocados, blended cashew, etc. It's hard to keep track of which vids have which. Could you make a video or compilation of the different dips, spreads, sauces, and so on that you have made? Thanks!

I never had a uncrustable because they usually have nut butter and I’m allergic to nuts. But I’m excited to try these with seed butters.

Don't know what uncrushable are but the first thing that popped in my mind is cheese with appelstroop (apple spread) apple syrup (not apple sauce or butter) that has been thickened untill it is a spread.. a dutch/Belgium condiment.. Or go savory with tomato and mozzarella basil.
