It took me MONTHS to figure out how to 'hang up' the Instant Pot lid. Just need to take the lid with either side's slat and drop it into the open 'handles' on either ends of the cooker. Only thing worse was realizing months in that there were actual arrows to line up the lid to close properly. That being said, this is a simple recipe that I can't wait to make for my gang! Thanks, Jamerrill!
