    I've bought all kinds of ingredients to make your recipes but not tried yet. my mixer is the old school stand with regular beaters (35+yrs old) and not sure it'll work well with the recipes 🤔

    It’s funny I’ve been using a scoop since I saw Amy use it many months ago I have never had to grease mine. I can dip every time and it never sticks and it’s just a good old fashion restaurant scoop. I even saw Maria Emmerich having to grease hers over and over. I just don’t get it I have never had to do that

    Those buns look so good!! I have a couple of questions. Do all egg white protein powders taste the same? I used the Now Sports brand and I cant stand the flavor. I have tried a few of your great recipes using that brand and I just cant get over the way it tastes. Do raw egg whites taste the same as the egg white powder?

    Looks delicious and I’m definitely going to try this I actually do have some perfect keto MCT oil salted caramel. One question I saw that you posted that you use the extra large cookie scoop can you tell me what it holds and as far as ounces I believe I have that size but they also have a jumbo one i’m I’m I’m not sure if mine is extra large or jumbo woukd you know how many ounces it held thank you.
