I would love this. Hubby is not a coconut shrimp fan. Those shrimp look Huge! My son is allergic to most seafood. As he once said โwhy do I have to be allergic to something so delicious!โ

I always enjoyed that my Son didn't like crab; so in season, I got to eat All the crab!
For a special treat for him, I let him eat hot dogs as that was not allowed usually ๐
So it was deemed a WIN/WIN for both!
Now he has wised up as an adult & he loves crab now; we just buy 2x's!!

I used your breading a while back to fry shrimp. I didn't use coconut. I fried in bacon fat. They turned our so good.
