๐I understand 100% about the acquired taste with Keto Brick. I buy Chocolate Peanut Butter bricks and heat until barely melted, cool in silicone molds, or in a rush I cool them in a paper plate and then break into bark pieces.
Iโd be so interested in any experiments using Beef protein powders and cocoa butter wafers. Iโve made a few concoctions but mine are not all that great! ๐
If I know I'm going to use my frother, I use a super sized cup. ๐ I learned that lesson the first time I experienced the coffee volcano. โ๐ Also, if people have a problem with what you are eating, they NEED bigger problems.
Tried healthy noodles. They are ok in a pinch, but I like zucchini noodles better or just leave noodles out all together.
Based on watching you and Wendy at Loving It On Keto, I decided to pick up a box of the Healthy Noodles the last time I was in Costco. I have never been a pasta person, but I find the Healthy Noodles to be rather good. They adopt whatever flavor profile you are using and I can get really full filling eating these. So thanks for the info. My opinion only, but I would rather be triggered by Keto products than go back to the SAD items. I don't buy a lot of them, but they are there If I needed them. They are definitely better than the Oreos that I keep getting ads on when I am watching You Tube.
I know that you used to stir equip prime protein into your yogurt. Is this brand comparable to that, taste wise? I realize its whey and not beef. Have you tried the vanilla or strawberry in the marigold? It looks delicious and I love malted flavor! I miss that since I've been keto.

What tracking app do you use to show your macros of protein, fat & calories? I also have some homemade things to save and track so I don't have to google the amounts of regular meals.

I am old so I don't understand how someone can get triggered by keto foods. I feel bad that you have to say that. I enjoyed the video because I am getting back on keto after going on a sugar kick for too many months and I needed encouragement.
I love using Healthy Noodles. I need to re-stock.
