Here in Brazil you can get sugar-cane juice about in every corner, it's delicious! But it also depends, sometimes the cane is old or too green and the juicy will taste like bitter fibery grass.
Sauce Stache made these drumsticks using seasoned jackfruit and then wrapping tofu skin over it. It will taste more like chicken.

Am I crazy, or did you leave a bit of cardboard inside the air fryer? When you opened it to oil the bottom of the drawer, I saw cardboard inside the space.

Sugarcane…”it smells sweet”… ugh…yeah. I don’t think you bite it off like that, you just put the piece in your mouth and chomp down on it, and suck on it. At least that’s how I did it in the Caribbean.

This is called a soya chap in India, vegetarians normally consume it, flavors like soya tandoori etc are amazing

My favourite thing is when the tofu skins are wrapped loosely enough that i can just grip the "meat" with my teeth and pull it off the "bone".

If you ever happen to get fresh sugar cane, cut it into about 8-10 inches and throw it in a smoker or a charcoal grill, you will be amazed with the flavor you get out of it
Make sure to take the cardboard insert out of your new air fryer so it doesn't burn or catch fire.

They absolutely do not taste like chicken. They taste like BBQ sauce and are disgusting. Also why do vegans use animal names if they are so against eating animals. Just call it what it is. Tofu on a stick.
