    Blood sugar from Protein is demand driven not based on the amount you eat. If you go very low carb your body will make what is needed. If you stay above 15 net carbs it shouldn't be an issue based on the activity level you have shared.

    I'm glad I saw this video pop up today so I could get 20% of prime protein. I've never tried and finally decided to. I got chocolate and plain. I hope that was a good choice…I've heard good things about the chocolate.

    I'm confused on why you don't exercise? You are highly focused on health – gut / macros… etc. Although, I don't hear much about getting regular exercise or resistance training?
