Yes! I craved turkey and chicken, they are high in phosphorus which is tanked while Fasting for more than a couple days! I almost died from Refeeding Syndrome after a 10 day Fast after I refed with beef and bone broth. I was given phosphorous in the hospital ER as my heart rate is normally 56 and it was 280 and climbing when I arrived at the ER!
I had to switch to 10 % Table cream. The ingredients are cream and milk. Our heavy whipping cream has carrageenan, cellulose gum and cellulose gel. Maybe that's what makes it into whipped cream but I cannot get plain heavy cream here at all.

Hi, I'm seeing this on Monday so I missed Saturday. We are new to carnavore so I have 2 questions. Is taking olive oil first thing in the morning breaking my fast?
Second, is sauerkraut allowed on this diet?

I think a fast is a reset in so many ways. And a good thing. I did a 17 day fast a few years back. It isn't easy for sure. Great job.
There is something in that chicken recipe that puts the weight on lol. I made cassies soup too. I went up 3 pounds. Maybe our bodies are just holding on to everything because we starved it. Idk. Let’s just keep doing what our bodies tell us so we can feel our best. ❤

Great glucose numbers. a long fast keeps the colon/intestines cleaned out. But adding food back in fills the colon/intestines so ergo the weight gain. You are doing great. You are inspiring many.
