Hi Jamerrill How come you don't prep your VEGGIES (bell peppers, etc) when you bring them home? Or have the older kids do it. Hones their knife skills. That would also make your total cook time way less. Just a suggestion. Love your videos.

I seen that pretty mug you had on your table when you let us look at the Christmas gifts you bought. I really loved it. Wouldn't you know it, my hubby got me one for Christmas! 😁

I own NO dishes. Not one plate. Not one cup. Not one fork. I own no pots and pans. I don’t even own dish washing liquid& I have never used my stove even tho I’ve lived here 5 years. I eat out- EVERY DAY. For every meal.

    WHY AM I WATCHING THESE?!

Edit: you started cooking the meat& it looked so good… I ordered Longhorn. So now ima eat my steak kids meal and continue the video lol

You said it ! Sitting is my favorite too—I plan to chop when I need to sit a spell. I have also found that I don’t hurry when I’m sitting. My knives are I need of sharpening, and I don’t want to waste good parts cuz I’m hurrying.
You are a hoot, I just love your videos!

Jamerrill I don’t know if it’s too late but we love our Speed Queens! They have 20 year warranties. Which is unheard of. We had asked our maintenance man what he gets calls on the less. Lol They have the best quality of materials in them!

I love watching your videos! Been starting my freezer cooking journey on a smaller scale since we don't have as much freezer space to store meals…but I love looking in my freezer and seeing 4 freezer meals all ready to heat and eat! I'm working on 4-5 more meals today and I went to the $ store for aluminum pans so I can stack our meals…the recipes you make look so good!

I like see the veges im eating ☺️
I love using my cookie scoops. Got a pk of 3 from ebay cheaper than i could get a single in my hometown. Definitely gonna get another set so im not left without if it breaks. Same thing with the bag holder, multi pk on ebay.
I cant stand peeling unless its a carrot so i also got a fruit peeler from ebay & now it takes seconds to peel fruit & potatoes. The last thing i need to order is an apple corer cause it will double as a donut holer 🤣
I have just learned about yam bean/jicama or ahipa which can be eaten in almost any dish, cooked or fried as chips, put in salads and very nice eaten raw. Low carb, food.

Just a little tip. The stalks of the Cilantro are very tasty, chop them small and put into your food. I generally chop all of the cilantro but keep a few leaves out for garnish

I'm not about to read thru all of the comments so this may be a repeat.

Plant a herb garden in as pot or in a flower bed. So easy to grow cilantro, basil, rosemary and so many others. Jalapenos and cherry tomatoes are easy to grow. You have all that land and the kids would get a kick out going and picking fresh herbs and tomatoes

I boil 4 chickens at a time yielding me plenty of chicken and broth for any additions. This saves a ton of time to stick with one meat and make multiple meals with less time for clean up and prep overall! I like efficiency with my time and it leaves me more for things not on the menu. I never cook just one chicken because the oven is going anyway!!! I am done within 2 hours or close and the kitchen is clean. Batch cooking the meats ahead saves so much time and you are never without the broth for soups/gravies/casseroles! One meat at a time and many varieties of meals equals less time in the kitchen! I did this for a living and it really does work well. God bless and thanks!

Cilantro tastes like soap to me. I don’t mind it in salsa, but if there is too much I can’t eat it. If I go to a Mexican food restaurant and I like the salsa and chips, I know that I am gonna like the food as well.

Thank you for these recipes. My kids are grown, but we homeschooled them, and I did make ahead freezer meals back in the day. I still appreciate having some in my freezer ready to go if a family or church member needs a home cooked meal, as a sort of “hospitality ministry “ to my church family. I have been keto for a couple years, and appreciate the low carb keto. Thanks!
