    Growing up in Canada, I’ve always had vegetable crispy noodles served with “glass sauce”, but this style is only done by old Chinese chefs. Now living in Hong Kong, all vegetable crispy noodles are served in “brown sauce”. Does Lau Baba have a recipe for this “glass sauce” as the chefs are all retired where I live in Canada.

    This looks delicious! I've had a version of Chinese spaghetti while in Macau once. It had Italian spaghetti noodles with beef and sweet and sour sauce. It was disgusting.🤢🤢
