I haven't been following your journey from the beginning, so maybe you have already addressed this, but from what I understand the bacteria will just grow back unless you can get your migrating motor complex moving better in the small intestines. I'm going through the same thing. I'm going to start taking a prokinetic. I ordered a gut motility product from amazon that has artichoke and ginger extract, which is supposed to help keep your small intestines moving, so the food will move through, which keeps the bacteria in the large intestines where they belong. Just something to research and think about. I myself did the antibiotics and the herbal antimicrobials as well and it didn't keep the bacteria gone. Good luck to you!

I do not have sibo as far as I know, but I decided to try your yogurt I am on my fifth batch. One of the things I noticed is that my skin became much smoother, I had a patch on my back about the size of a silver dollar that was dry and rough and itched a lot it has disappeared, I might be able to retire the back scratcher, the other day when I was shaving, I noticed the razer went over my neck much smoother it has not been like that in decades. For a man pushing 80 it is not a big deal but for you younger folks especially the ladies spending a Fortune on skin products it might be huge I also have been using Redmon products due to your recommendation and am very satisfied with them.

Would love to know more about what changes you perceive since the iron infusion. You’ve said some things, but not for a while. I understood it would get better and better with time. Thx. Very helpful info for everyone!

At the Weston A Price conference, a speaker who specializes in iron toxicity and deficiency issues was very enlightening. He said deficiency is usually due to low copper! Have you had a chance to have that checked yet?

Praying the lab test comes in with better results than the air2. I will be good to see the corolation. Plan on starting some yogurt tomorrow. Had to test my IP for temp accuracy. I don't have SIBO, but the yogurt sounds too good to pass up.

I just went through a prescription of antibiotics and was not eager to do so but it was necessary … ugh … Plowed through some store yogurt but am gearing up in the next few days to make your yogurt recipe to replenish what was destroyed.

So happy you are sharing all of this with us!! Thank you❤
