Well the first court case was moved until December but that works out in his favor. We wanted the other case first. My Son's girlfriend has had a rough couple months. She had a miscarriage this week. Of course we're all upset. If you wouldn't mind sending some prayers this way we would really appreciate it. Thanks so much. ๐๐ฆ

Everything looked yummy. Due to my food intolerances, I follow Paleo so a quick dinner for me is cooking meat in the air fryer and a big salad. Iโll occasionally eat instant mashed potatoes and Iโve found theyโre super yummy made with low sodium broth and ghee. No gravy needed! ๐ฅ
I bet you could use the same concept as the sliders and make a chicken bacon ranch version.๐

Hi Kelly, I made that pasta salad and it was the bomb. Now, just passing along some info from when I lived in Ireland while working at the American Embassy. I had some friends I had made over there over for a dinner party and made… Shepherd's Pie, well, let's just say they educated me-with love of course – in how this silly American mistook shepherd's pie with making a cottage pie. They said "Shepherd's tend to Sheep and Cattlemen tend to , well, cattle. They said Shepherd's pie is made with ground lamb and never includes cheese and cottage pie has ground beef and never with cheese as well. I was embarrassed of course but they told me not to be, they just wanted to teach me something so that as they said, you could pass it along to other silly Americans who misrepresented they beloved National dish, or one of their top 3. Over the years I have " enlightened" many of my friends and others and it has always been with the heart of a teacher and love. In the end we are all the masters of our own kitchen but what a fun piece of "Did you know" trivia to share๐. As always, you always have yummy food to share and as always, thanks for the inspiration. ๐ฆ๐
